Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Standard (non-personalized) products deliver within 1–4 business days once shipped. Products with customized engraving require an additional 5–8 business days for production before shipment. Total estimated time for engraved items: 6–12 business days from order date.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders over $99.90 ship free within the U.S. Orders under $99.90 are subject to a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Why does my engraved order take longer?
Engraved bracelets are personalized specifically for your order — your names are hand-engraved before the bracelet ships. This production window (5–8 business days) is in addition to the carrier's transit time and cannot be shortened by selecting a faster shipping method. The shipping speed at checkout only applies once the bracelet leaves our fulfillment center.
My tracking number isn't showing updates. Is that normal?
Yes, this is common. Carrier tracking can take 24–72 hours to fully activate after dispatch. If your tracking shows "label created" but hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, contact us at info@muranoshines.com.
Where do you ship from?
All U.S. orders are fulfilled from our center in Lakeland, FL. We also have assembly operations in Birmingham, UK, but all domestic orders ship from Florida.
The carrier says my order was delivered, but I didn't receive it. What do I do?
First, check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors or building staff. If the item still cannot be located, contact us at info@muranoshines.com with your order number. We'll review the proof of delivery and determine the appropriate next steps.
Engraving & Personalization
How do I make sure I'm ordering the engraved version?
On the product page, select "With Engraving" before adding to cart, then enter the desired name(s) in the text field. If you select "No Engraving," the bracelet ships without personalization — and that selection cannot be changed after the order is placed.
How many names can I engrave?
Depending on the product, you can engrave 1 to 4 names. The product page specifies the limit for each item.
Can I change or cancel my engraving after ordering?
Changes and cancellations can only be made before production begins. Engraved orders may enter the queue within hours of being placed. Contact us immediately at info@muranoshines.com.
Will the engraving fade or wear off?
Our engraving is laser-etched directly into the material — not printed or painted. It is designed to be permanent and will not fade with normal wear.
Products, Materials & Sizing
What sizes do the leather bracelets come in?
Our leather bracelets are available in the following sizes (where applicable):
  • 7.5" — smaller wrist fit
  • 8.5" — standard size, fits the majority of adult wrists
  • 9" — larger wrist fit
Some models come in a single standard size of 8.5", which fits most wrists. If you're between sizes, 8.5" is the safe choice. Check the individual product page for the exact options available.
What are the bracelets made of?
Materials vary by product:
  • Braided leather bracelets: Premium PU leather + stainless steel magnetic clasp
  • Engraved leather bracelet (To My Man): Genuine leather + stainless steel
  • Infinity / metal bracelets: Stainless steel (some 18k gold plated or 925 silver)
  • Daughter-in-Law bracelet: Premium copper, tarnish-resistant
  • Daughter cuff bracelet: 316L stainless steel, nickel-free
Are the bracelets safe for sensitive skin?
Most of our bracelets use nickel-free stainless steel or copper, which are well-tolerated by most people with sensitive skin. The 316L stainless steel in our cuff bracelets is hypoallergenic. If you have a specific metal allergy, check the product page or contact us before ordering.
What does the gift packaging look like?
Most products arrive in a gift box with a message card tailored to the relationship. Some products offer a Luxury Box upgrade — select it at checkout where available. No pricing information is included in the packaging, so it arrives ready to give.
How do I open the magnetic clasp on the braided leather bracelet?
The magnetic clasp may feel tight the first time. To open it:
  • Hold both ends of the clasp firmly — one in each hand
  • Gently twist and pull at the same time — avoid pulling straight only
  • You'll feel it release as the magnets separate
It becomes easier after the first few uses.
How should I care for my bracelet?
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, or harsh chemicals. Leather bracelets should be kept dry. Store in the original box when not wearing.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Contact us at info@muranoshines.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Are personalized or engraved items returnable?
Personalized items are generally not eligible for return unless they were defective or incorrectly produced on our part. If you received the wrong item or there is a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days.
The item I received doesn't match what I ordered. What should I do?
Contact us at info@muranoshines.com with your order number and clear photos of the item, message card, and packaging. If the error was on our part, we will arrange a replacement. In most cases you do not need to return the original item.
Will I need to pay anything for a replacement?
If a replacement is offered, any applicable shipping and fulfillment fees will be communicated to you by email before proceeding. You won't be charged without prior notice.
I want a full refund. How does that work?
If a return and full refund is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations must be requested before your order ships or enters production. Engraved orders may begin production within hours of being placed. Contact us immediately at info@muranoshines.com.
What if my package was returned to sender?
We can reship to the original confirmed address. We are not responsible for errors in the shipping address provided at checkout. Reshipment may be subject to additional fees communicated by email.
I'm in the EU. Do I have different return rights?
Yes. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt, during which they may return any order without stating a reason, provided the item is unworn, in original condition with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Orders & Payment
I accidentally placed a duplicate order. What should I do?
Contact us at info@muranoshines.com as soon as possible with both order numbers. If the duplicate hasn't shipped or entered production, we'll cancel it.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Address changes are only possible before the order ships and are subject to approval. We are not liable for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Can I send the gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout. There is no pricing information on the physical packaging, so it arrives ready to give.
