    30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
    You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

    To be eligible:
    – The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
    – You’ll need the order number or proof of purchase.

    Exchanges
    If you need a different size, color, or want to exchange your item for another, we’re happy to help — simply contact us within 30 days.
    We’ll guide you through the process and send out your replacement once we receive the original item back.

    Refunds
    Refunds are available for eligible returns, as long as:
    – The item is returned in its original condition.
    – The return is received within the 30-day window.

    Once we inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:
    – The item arrived damaged
    – There was a fulfillment error on our part

    We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions upon approval.

    Exceptions
    The following items are non-returnable:
    – Personalized or custom-made items
    – Gift cards
    – Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as such at checkout)
