Procedure for Making DMCA Complaint

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon and you want the Company to consider removing the infringing material, you will need to provide the following information:

Response to Complaints

We will also notify the content provider, member, or user who posted the allegedly infringing content ("Poster"), and we will follow the procedures outlined in the DMCA to resolve the claim between the notifying party and the Poster.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If the Poster believes their content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, they may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent. This counter-notification must contain the following information:

  1. The Poster's physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the Poster has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. The Poster's name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that the Poster consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the Poster's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the Company may be found.

We will promptly provide the person who provided the initial complaint notice with a copy of the counter-notification and inform that person that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it in 10 business days unless our Designated Agent receives notice that the party who submitted the initial complaint has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the Poster from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material on our website.
